TOSF2015 will be providing health screenings in your neighborhood, let’s work together to improve the health of our community starting with you!

What will be screened ?

We will be checking for Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Sickle Cell, Body Mass Index (BMI), Dental health, and Children’s health, Fitness, Chiropractic and many more. No appointments are needed, this will be a walk in session.

How long is the process?

These health screenings will not take more than 10-15minutes of your time, with results available immediately.

Why is this screening important?

The results from this screening are confidential and personalized to you, they will assist in determining your risk of chronic health conditions. A consultation with a Health Care Professional will be available to advice and educate on healthy lifestyles and modifications.
